ITEM 01
50 kVA Heat Treatment Unit
The unit features Fuji ramp generator modules — one per channel — providing precise and independent control of each heating zone. Zones can also be started simultaneously when required. A built-in hold function allows operators to pause individual zones while troubleshooting others, making the system ideal for both pre- and post-weld heat-treatment cycles. Each unit includes an Auto/Manual mode as standard, enabling seamless operation with a remote programmer.

ITEM 02
Temperature Recorder
The 12-channel CHINO-Type E Series Temperature Recorder offers a recording range of 0 to 1200°C and is available in a 110V configuration. Designed for versatility and reliability, it supports Type K thermocouple compensating lead connections and features an internal light fitting that illuminates both the scale and chart recordings for easy monitoring.

Thermocouple Attachment Units
The portable unit is capable of performing approximately 450 Type K welds per full battery charge, which can be replenished using a standard 110V power supply. An integrated shoulder strap provides convenient and ergonomic transport.
ITEM 04
Welding Cable Set
The PVC-insulated Welding Cable Set includes 2 × 25 mm² Heater Distribution Cables and 1 × Compensating Cable, designed for use with Heat Treatment Units to connect the heaters and thermocouple. Each set is fitted with 300A male and female camlocks, as well as a thermocouple plug and socket, supplied in 22m lengths.

Splitter Cable (3-Ways)
Designed to connect heating elements in parallel to Welding Cable Sets, this accessory enables precise zonal temperature control of multiple heating elements from a single control output.
ITEM 06
Heating Elements (Ceramic Heater Pads)
Ideal for pre- and post-weld heat treatment, the 60V (2.7 kW) flexible Ceramic Heater Pads feature a maximum operating temperature of 1000°C. Their modular design allows the pads to be configured in multiple shapes and sizes to suit a wide range of applications.
- 19-strand Nickel-Chrome 80/20 wire construction
- Interwoven with Ceramic Beads for structural integrity
- Supplied with two 60V complete sets of male camlocks
- Configurable for virtually any shape or size
